Silvia offers a highly curated hairstyling education experience for established hairstylists looking to refine their craft at a premium level. Based in Auckland, New Zealand, her work is recognised for clean, polished finishes and her SIGNATURE GLAM WAVES — a style she has become widely known for within the New Zealand bridal and editorial space.

This education packages are designed for medium to advanced artists who already work within the industry and are ready to deepen their technique, elevate their styling precision, and develop a more intentional, refined approach to their work.

Group hair training with Silvia includes DEMO only of two looks of your choice in your location, breaking down each stage in detail for a thorough understanding.

02.

'HANDS ON' WORKSHOP

Intensive hair training with Silvia includes DEMO of 1 hairstyle. During the hands-on workshop, each participant is required to bring one model and their hair kit. Silvia will demonstrate the look in detail, guiding the team through a step-by-step process to ensure understanding and execution.

Location : Mt Wellington studio / Sundays - Mondays

03.

PRIVATE 1:1 LESSON

One-on-one hair training with Silvia includes DEMO of two looks of your choice, where Silvia will provide in-depth guidance to help yu master the looks effortlessly. You will need a model for each look. Mannequin work is not an option.

Location: Silvia's private studio in East Auckland

Each session is designed to be both technically refined and practically relevant. With a strong focus on signature glam waves and polished styling, this education goes beyond recreating a look — it breaks down the why behind every decision, so you can confidently apply it across clients, settings, and occasions.

During this session you'll learn : 

  • Signature glam wave techniques
The methods, structure, and finishing details behind my glam waves — including how to achieve longevity, softness, and a clean, editorial finish.

  • Products & tools used intentionally
A detailed breakdown of the tools, products, and prep used specifically for this style, and how to adapt them based on hair type and desired outcome.

  • Client hair assessment & style selection
How to assess hair type, length, cut, porosity, and density, and confidently recommend styles based on the client’s face shape, outfit, occasion, and overall vision.

  • Live demo with open hairstyling Q&A
You’re encouraged to ask questions throughout the demonstration — from technique and problem-solving to styling variations and real-world application.


  • Communicating value to clients
How to explain, position, and confidently sell a style — including educating clients on why certain looks work (or don’t), setting expectations, and guiding them toward the best option.

  • Maintenance & longevity guidance
How to advise clients on maintaining the look, preserving the style throughout the day, and adding value through professional aftercare recommendations.

  • Bridal & freelance business Q&A
A dedicated end-of-session discussion covering bridal business structure, pricing mindset, client experience, and navigating the realities of a premium service-based business.

  • Capturing hair beautifully on camera
A live demonstration on photographing your work — including angles, lighting, composition, and how to create elevated content that reflects a high-end brand.
